We know that building an ongoing relationship with a clinician who knows you well can lead to better long-term health, and that’s always our goal for you.If you’re already established with a KerixHealth clinician that you trust we encourage you to continue your care with that clinician. Maintaining a trusted relationship over time is often the best path to consistent, personalized care.That said, we also understand that convenience matters. If meeting with Dr. Opara or Sarah during this on-site visit, or having access to her nearby clinic locations and virtual visits, would make it easier for you to use your KerixHealth benefit; you’re very welcome to schedule an appointment with her. Many members find that having care close to work or easily accessible helps them stay engaged with their health.If after meeting Dr. Opara or Sarah you feel she’s a better fit for your ongoing care, we’re happy to support a transition so you can continue seeing her as your primary care KerixHealth clinician.If you currently see an insurance-based doctorIf your primary care provider is outside of KerixHealth, this on-site visit is a great opportunity to meet with Dr. Opara or Sarah and experience how Direct Primary Care works. There’s no requirement to switch doctors, this can simply be a chance to ask questions, talk about your health goals, or see if this style of care feels right for you.Many members find that having easy access, longer visits, and direct communication with their clinician makes a meaningful difference in how they manage their health.
